Your Subscription becomes active when your payment is processed and you receive your welcome email. The subscription cannot be purchased on one day and deferred to start at a later date. 

 

We will provide a refund if:
1. Our online tests do not work on your computer AND
2. You contact us within 24 hours from when your subscription starts
